With a background in engineering and technical architecture, coupled with extensive experience as a COO, I structure technology organizations to drive sustainable and ambitious growth.

I have orchestrated the scaling of organizations from 50 to over 230 engineers and tech experts. I implement robust governance frameworks integrating process optimization, KPIs, and financial steering. In 2007, I joined Xebia France among its first consultants and then became its COO and Managing Director.

As such, I had the pleasure to participate, with exceptional teams, in building a recognized leader in its ecosystem and to support its growth up to €28M revenues and 230 employees.

As investor and advisor, I was also involved in the creation of Thiga, UX-Republic and WeScale, three consulting and services companies recognized as thought leaders in their respective fields.
